It has been about a year but I believe at the time I sure if the corpoc api was
truly stable or not. We then added
"@LimitedPrivate(HBaseInterfaceAudience.COPROC)" from HBASE-9579 but when it
was added these items weren't updated.
File a follow up to change them to the limited private (coproc) tag? Or are
you thinking just having them public?
