So checkout the discussion on HBASE-11853 about breaking up tests. This has
become a big enough patch to warrant a seperate jira. I am going to post a
preview of just that. Some things that I did.
- Removed the repository section of the pom (why do we still need this?)
- Added new test categories and assigned tests to them
- Created a flakey test category so users can easily exclude usually failing
tests with -P!noFlakeys
- Broke tests which take longer than 5 minutes to run into a seperate category
I'll post a patch in a moment.
