Can I have a +1 on this critical 0.99 issue?  Its a small review of a bit of 
javadoc.  The javadoc warnings are being handled elsewhere. The test failures 
are unrelated.  Tests dependent on being able to refer outside of the test 
directory to content in target, etc.  Seems like this no longer safe when 
concurrent checkouts running?
