Since it's just the max heap size I think it's still safe. If you want to run
everything on one machine and you are adding enough data to grow everything to
the max heap size then I think it's fair to require that unusual case to
config. Better to make the unusual case worse than to make the more normal use
case of a developer trying to test it on a local machine worse.
