As part of this issue and coming sub tasks we wont be creating new DBBs. Only
thing is in the read path , there is assumption of BB being HBB. Just will
avoid that so that if DBB used to back up the data we don't get issues. When
the data block is in L2 cache and that is offheap we don't need to copy it back
to on heap again. Thanks for the advice Lars.
