Ryans' login is rawson and his apache password will be what he needs to log in
builds.apache.org
The travis spec in patch only does hbase-server? Same for circle.
Whats this

Both travis and circle specs say skipTests?
The RetryRunner is an interesting idea. How does a test ever leave the
flakey/retryrunner category?
