I'm with [~ryanobjc] on this one; 1.39mb patch is impenetrable for reviewers.
Even phabricator itself has a warning of the excessive size of the patch.
Re: phabricator, I agree with [~busbey] in principal, but given it supports
both Facebook- and Github-based authentication, and ASF supports Github
integration for quite a bit of other tooling, I think the barrier to use is
sufficiently low.
