I assume you mean in the host not the test. I thought about doing this but
RegionCoprocessorHosts are created per region so this will be printed every
time a region is opened in the RS logs. Too chatty. I can add logging in the
MasterCoprocessorHost and RegionServerCoprocessorHost, that would only appear
once per daemon log in 0.98 and 1.0, twice on trunk where master and RS
services are colocated.
