bq. I didn't think the attached patch actually changed the threadpools that
were created (at least with SimpleRpcScheduler).
That was I meant, yeah - if we run it with Admin QoS we reuse the according
threadpool, otherwise we might need to add the new one for new level of
priority, if we introduce one.
