Summary: ExportSnapshot doesn't preserve attributes of snapshot's

ExportSnapshot preserves attributes of `data`-files
but not snapshot's files.
It cause a problems:
* delete exported snapshot (is owned by another user);
* create a new snapshot in case if first snapshot was exported, so
`.hbase-snapshot` directory has been created and owned by another user.
