Thanks for taking care of this.
One related thing I want to add is the 'hbase.regionserver.hostname', which was
introduced in HBASE-12954. I think the intention of that JIRA was for master
primarily.
Now we are re-separating the master DNS/bind related properties, we probably
should include this one as well. I do see people asking for this for their
special network configuration.
It is in the same RSRpcServices.getHostname() method.
