Let's hunt this down. I'm currently running tests to see if this affects all
flushes on master or if this is just in the mob related flushes. If you are
seeing excessive hfile readers, then let's try to get to the bottom of that.
The ZK issue is on a long running cluster likely related to HBASE-13437. I'll
push the merge into the hbase-11339 branch today and then redeploy on the
testing cluster.
