bq.One more thing, we use the readPt when reading ref cells from the store 
files, but the readPt is not used when reading cells from mob files. This could 
be one suspicious point. But I though about this, it was not supposed to break 
the acid
That should not be an ACID violation point as we decide the cells to be 
returned by scanning the ref cf cells only.  MOB CF is scanned to just retrieve 
the value. So this should not create an ACID issue..
