There are cases all over the code where InternalScanner.next(...) is not used
correctly.
I see this a lot:
{code}
while(scanner.next(...)) {
}
{code}
The correct pattern is:
{code}
boolean more = false;
do {
more = scanner.next(...);
} while (more);
{code}
