Getting access to builds.apache requires that you have an ASF committer account
(it can be on any project) and then we have to have our PMC chair add you
(currently that's [~apurtell]). (ref the [ASF Jenkins
FAQ|http://wiki.apache.org/general/Jenkins#How_do_I_get_an_account]).
