Here is an attempt for a patch.
We throw RegionServerAbortedException if RS is aborting, and handle this in AM
differently in unasign() versus RegionServerStoppedException.
It is not easy to reproduce the failure, but I'll run ITLAV with this patch
overnight (BTW, we discovered this in ITLAV and ITIngest, but ITBLL should be
similarly susceptible).
