Came across this again as I proceed with 11425 sub tasks. Ping [~stack],
[~tedyu], [~ram_krish] for reviews.
Patch is smaller now as we have UnsafeAccess for unsafe based reads.
Benchmark tests done in HBASE-11425 (results attached) proves that the usage of
Unsafe for comparing BBs is much faster.
