Attached the v2 patch which removes package protected non-deprecated unused
method {{Scan#createGetClosestRowOrBeforeReverseScan}}.
The only thing pending will be to remove {{ThriftServerRunner#getRowOrBefore}}.
I don't know how to generate the thrift classes, so not yet addressed it. If I
figure it out soon I will post another patch here otherwise I will create a new
jira to address it (to avoid the patch from getting rot here).
