What next {{mvn deploy}}? The end of the function {{deploy}} will deploy
artifacts to the staging repository. Upon a passing RC VOTE, those artifacts
are promoted to maven central via the nexus interface, not from a new local
maven invocation. Am I missing a step?
bq. Will this work with only from hbase root dir ?
This only works from a hbase root dir anyway because the {{mvn}} invocations
assume {{pwd}}.
