[~busbey] thanks for taking a look! Re checkstyle errors.. Some of these
checkstyle errors are from following the codestyle used at the particular piece
of code (see, for example, ZooKeeperWatcher: L 115).

Are the guidelines suggest to follow the proper checkstyle as per checkslyle
config in this situation, or to conform with the codestyle around? Just want to
confirm.
