look ok to me, but i'm not convinced about that getMetricsProcSource() in
MetricsMaster.
I'm not familiar on how metric is supposed to be, but looking at the others
MetricsSnapshot and MetricsAssignmentManager which are in the master too. They
are in its own Metric class and not hosted inside the MetricsMaster. but again
[~eclark] can probably tell us to what is the right approach, to follow.
