This is needed to actually run it. Notice that I force the correct versions of
protobuf and commons.io for the Hadoop 2.7 profile.
This also requires to rebuild the protobuf generated files with protoc 2.5. For
that I added the build-proto.sh script.
Could always force protobug 2.5.0, but not sure what implications this has.
[~stack], any insight here?
With this I was able to start up HBase, look at metrics, etc.
