bullet proof design and impeccable implementation.
Sure. I'm just trying to get context on what is being delivered. I want to
review the patch.
On serialization, hbase does pb everywhere. always, so we can evolve the
serialized type and so our persistence is done in a well-known format with
means of being read by other than just hbase/java. PB everywhere is a lesson we
learned the hard way and spent a lot of effort instituting.
