that would work so long as we only publish artifacts built with one of the 1.y
profiles, since the failure means we have the wrong details for the 2.y
versions.
This should be an easy fix though; it just means I removed some of the things
from the 0.98 version on the presumption that we didn't handle hadoop 2 at all.
Let me try unifying things and quickly verifying the results.
