Checking the UT result, found 2 failure/error which frequently failed in recent
builds: {{TestRegionMergeTransactionOnCluster.testCleanMergeReference}} and
{{TestReplicationDisableInactivePeer}}
Tried these two UT with patch here and confirmed they could pass, and confirmed
not related to changes here.
