Patch LGTM
While reviewing this, noticed that MUST_PASS_ONE conditioned
FilterList#filterKeyValue is not handling the ReturnCode
INCLUDE_AND_SEEK_NEXT_ROW. So we will go to
{code}

throw new IllegalStateException("Received code is not valid.");
{code}
