Is it safe to presume that the Docker failure above was due to some temporary
outage of an Oracle server (from which it was apparently attempting to download
Java components)?
If so, could someone (with appropriate authority) resubmit my patch to
Jenkins/Yetus? (Or, if *I* actually have authority to resubmit it, please let
me know how.)
