[~busbey] I guess I need to bother you again :) I'm looking at
https://builds.apache.org/me/my-views/view/All/job/HBase-1.3/ job, wanted to
point it to branch-1.3 instead of branch-1, and looks like I don't have
permissions to update this job on ASF jenkins using my account (I can add job
though). Is there a separate permission I should have to update this job?
