[~stack] yeah, sorry about that :( I think the test is flaky, though when I
tried to reproduce it locally by just running TestSimpleRpcScheduler, I was
never able to reproduce it. I opened HBASE-15360 to fix the test, let me bump
it to critical.
Regarding making it on by default - I wouldn't do that just now. We're testing
it on several clusters now, but want to see a bit more on various workload
profiles. I would say we can likely turn it on before 1.3 goes out, but I would
hold off just now.
