Linked jira to fix flaky test.
[~stack] sure, would like to make it open. The indent here is to help prevent /
mitigate call queue buildups and associated latency spikes in case of either
sudden increase of traffic rate, or sudden decrease in available request
throughput (raid card/disk issue, kernel lockup etc). So, thorough test of this
patch include two things - checking that performance doesn't degrade in normal
conditions (since locking was changed a bit), and verifying behavior in case of
various kinds of failures.
I'll post more data as we roll it out.
