So we have isPartial exposed in Result public class. Its meaning is clear
now.. When the user see a Result with true for this, that means it is a
partial thing what he really wants to see. This will happen only when in Scan
he says setAllowedPartial to true. Remember even if RS return partial results,
we will merge them if user dont want to see partial.. So in this situation
user can know whether a result is partial or not by looking at this API result.
Now if we set a batch size, he want to see the row in batches. And if set batch
limit also as partial how can he distinguish whether it is one batch reached or
other limit reached case and so it is partial for him (Yes within the batch
limit it is partial)..
Set batch limit and say allowed partial result is not same IMO.
