That is fine. Your prototype is enough for me to work on the other part. The
interface is well defined. Let's keep uploading to RB for any updates so we can
stay in sync and peer review. https://reviews.apache.org/r/44434/ is for
master. For validation in production, I do need 98. So please get your part
work on 98 at some point and start a new RB too.
