I read the code once again after seeing the comments over here. Discussing

This is from trunk code. Now nextIndexedKey is always going to be greater than
or equal to the current cell right? How is that we exactly know that the seek
is infact saying to go to the next block. Because this condition always makes
either SKIP or INCLUDE to be returned and never SEEK. If am missing something
badly pls correct me.
Only if the nextIndexedKey is null or the nextINdexed key is equal to
NO_NEXT_INDEXED_KEY do we return SEEK from optimize.
