In answer to the Hadoop QA -1:
Didn't notice the replication_admin_test.rb in test/ruby/hbase, just the lack
of individual command tests in test/ruby/shell. I'll add some test cases to
replication_admin_test.rb tomorrow and resubmit the patch. I've also done a
good bit of end-to-end manual testing using the shell.
