Funny you mention it, but MSCP has been getting interest from another angle
over at HBASE-15513
If it would make reasoning about all this the easier, we should enable it
always. Some questions outstanding though: need to figure why MSLAB makes G1GC
profile worse and need to size the pool in a smart way.
