We see JvmPauseMonitor alerts quite frequently that aren't GC related, and end
up tracking them separately. Agree exporting a separate metric is useful. (We
collect and parse GC logs separately so can see when there's a GC pause beyond
the threshold concurrent with a JvmPauseMonitor alert, or not.)
