Mostly work adding tests for tracing Table using the nocluster tools (mocked
servers). Had to do some fixup of the mocks and then fix up of the tracing
naming, bug fixing, moving trace points.
Some interesting stuff already such as triple lookup on meta on new operation
(to be confirmed) and double flush though we only write a single small batch.
Working next on instrumenting the Admin functions but will likely do a cluster
for these tests rather than mocks since hard to get all ops.
Once client is filled out, will move to server-side.
