Few things to discuss here
-> If we are going have this HasKey interface how to deal with getKeyArray and
getKeyBuffer(). Is it ok if we throw an exception if getKeyArray is used with a
offheap cell. Things like that. I can work on it in the later version of the
patch based on feedback.
