I plan to dig some more into distcp code - likely the copy succeeded on 
subsequent attempt.

But what confuses me was that the two WAL files in 'FSHLog$SyncRunner(1275): 
syncing writer' logs in the earlier snippet didn't encounter the  Mismatch in 
length error.
Meaning, even without the 'Mismatch in length', likely the test would still 
fail.
