Yeah, I follow. Looking at that documentation in particular, it looks like our
Cygwin tutorials haven't gotten much love in over 6 years, so I'm just
suggesting you'll have better luck on the user mailing list than on JIRA, which
is frequented by developers fixing bugs and adding features. If you (or someone
else) would be interested in sorting it out and updating the docs, please feel
free to reopen this issue and submit a patch.
