Thanks for the patch.
I went thro the code and I think instead of this new Util method can we check
if we can allow the NoopDataBlockEncoder to be used for this
CopyKeyDataBlockEncoder and the new ones? The encoding code wil not be
repeated and can be unified.
Any thoughts!!!
