Description:
RSRpcServices#get() convert the GET to SCAN without
scan#setLoadColumnFamiliesOnDemand. So it causes two disadvantage:
1) There are different result retrieved from Get and Scan if we use the empty
filter. No data is retrieved from Scan.

2) unable to read CF data lazily for GET operation.
