Description:
RSRpcServices#get() converts the Get to Scan without
scan#setLoadColumnFamiliesOnDemand. It causes two disadvantage.
1) The result retrieved from Get and Scan will be different if we use the empty
filter.

2) unable to read CF data lazily for Get operation.
