For 1. Yes.
For 2, we have encounter many SocketTimeoutException and sometimes cause
regionservers die, we run many streaming jobs and some batch jobs within hbase
cluster, so sometimes some machines the Sys CPU is high(80%+) and total CPU
100% together with some disks have 100% utils, the load is too high and cause
the SocketTimeoutException.
