I try to make a UT to cover it, but do not know how to reproduce the following
events for RingBufferEventHandler.
（1）RingBufferEventHandler.onEvent process SyncFuture endOfBatch=false
（2）RingBufferEventHandler.onEvent process FSWALEntry throw DamagedWALException
