That is link into the middle of an issue.
Usual practice is a tidy description of what has been addressed from review,
how, and what has not. The description is posted on rb, here, and best, as part
of the patch itself. Comparing two 1MB megapatches for what has been addressed
from a review up in RB and JIRA by making some sort of reconciliation between
code, JIRA, and RB is beyond my liimited abilities.
