Lads. Patches should include a description of what they encompass. Patch
iterations should list how they differ from previous version especially when
the patch is an omnibus as this is. The audience is not me. The audience is
general hbase community with in particular, those who are trying to follow
along especially at some remove -- say in six months down the line trying to
make sense of what was committed. The expectation can not be figure it out for
yourself by trolling rb and jira trying to arrive at a summary that hopefully
matches that of the author. [~vrodionov] I'd suggest that you review the
work/patch you've done in this iteration and make a readable account of what
you have addressed from the last review.
