This JIRA is quite an old JIRA with quite a big fix.
HBASE-17373 should also be not small, as we plan to improve the testing under
HBASE-17373 as well.
HBASE-17081 and HBASE-17373 are unrelated.
Why to put it all together?
As we have seen many times, it is better to treat separate issues separately.
