Thanks [[email protected]] for the quick response.
Currently the MOB_REF_TAG is only used for Put cell.
I plan to use it in the Delete cell to mark this cell has a related Delete cell
in MOB del files.
The difference between the ref Put cell and ref Delete cell is Delete cell
doesn't have a value whereas the Put has a value which is actually the MOB file
path.
