[~syuanjiang], Did not notice the comment before , Sorry. In my opinion,
user can choose to use AsyncHBaseAdmin or HBaseAdmin for operations, and hope
any of them can do all things, other than invoking execProcedure by
AsyncHBaseAdmin and invoking isProcedureFinished by HBaseAdmin. Although
async isProcedureFinished seems has no actual meaning.
